Orders & payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, debit cards and PayPal. All payments are secured over SSL.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Get in touch as soon as you can at matthieu.livrieri@gmail.com. As long as the order hasn't shipped, I'll do my best to adjust it.

Shipping

When will my order ship?

Orders ship on the 1st and the 15th of each month. If you order between two dates, your parcel goes out on the next shipping date.

Do you ship outside France?

Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address.

How is the work packed?

Every print is slipped into a protective sleeve, layered with tissue paper and packed in a rigid tube or a cardboard box. The packaging is designed so the work arrives in perfect condition.

The works

What is a fine art print?

A fine art print is a high-definition print on museum-quality paper — in my case 220 or 310 gsm Canson paper. The inks are pigment-based, with an estimated lifespan of over 100 years without fading. It's the same technique galleries and museums use for artist reproductions.

Are the prints numbered and signed?

Yes. Every print is numbered by hand (for example 3/20) and signed on the back. A certificate of authenticity comes with each order.

What's the difference between a print and an original work?

A fine art print is a limited edition reproduction of a work — authentic and numbered, but affordable. An original is the unique, hand-painted piece, which cannot be reproduced.

Is the frame included?

Prints are sold unframed, so the choice is yours. Most of them fit standard sizes (A3, A2, 30×40 cm, 50×70 cm) that are easy to find in shops or online.

Returns & claims

What if my print arrives damaged?

Write to me straight away with a photo of the parcel and of the work at matthieu.livrieri@gmail.com. I'll sort it out quickly.

Can I return a print?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the work is in its original condition. Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. Please contact me before sending anything back.

Anything else

I'd like to give a print as a gift — is that possible?

Absolutely. You can enter a delivery address different from your own. If you'd like a personal message included in the parcel, add it in the order notes.
